Service Disclaimer
The services provided by Divine Awakening are intended for spiritual and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, veterinary, or legal advice — and do not replace professional care of any kind.
nikorora is not a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, veterinarian, or any other type of licensed healthcare or legal professional. Sessions offered under The Divine Awakening Method — including the Quantum Awakening Session, Quantum Wealth Reset, Relationship Reset, Clarity & Focus Session, Academic Excellence Package, Surrogate Session, Animal Hypnosis Session, and Private On-Location Session — are complementary in nature.
These sessions are designed to support self-awareness, subconscious exploration, energetic balance, and connection with higher consciousness. Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person. No specific outcome, healing, or change is promised or implied.

Client Consent
By booking a session with Divine Awakening, you confirm the following:
- You are booking of your own free will and full informed consent
- You understand that these sessions are for spiritual and personal development — not medical, therapeutic, or psychiatric treatment
- You take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, choices, and actions before, during, and after each session
- You acknowledge that Divine Awakening and nikorora are not liable for any effects, outcomes, or interpretations arising from your session
- You confirm you are not currently experiencing active psychosis, severe dissociation, or any condition that may be contraindicated for hypnotic work — and that you have consulted a healthcare professional if in doubt
- For surrogate or animal sessions: you confirm you have the authority to consent on behalf of the person or animal for whom the session is being conducted
Terms & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in each session, no refunds will be issued for any reason — including cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
- One reschedule is permitted per session, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given before the scheduled start time. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or after the session has begun, forfeit the session.
- No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss your session without notice, the session is considered delivered and no credit or reschedule will be offered.
- Packages are paid in full upfront and scheduled flexibly. The same cancellation policy applies to each individual session within a package.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes are not permitted. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute for services booked.
- By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that these terms were visible and available to you prior to checkout.
Session Recording
All sessions conducted by Divine Awakening are audio recorded. By booking a session, you provide your consent to be recorded.
- Recordings are made for your personal use and for practitioner reference
- All recordings are kept private and securely stored
- Recordings will never be shared publicly, used in marketing, or distributed to any third party without your explicit written consent
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is taken seriously. This policy explains what personal information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when you visit this website or book a session.
- Your name and email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Personal details shared through intake forms or session correspondence
- Photos or supporting materials submitted for animal or surrogate sessions
- To communicate with you about your session — including confirmations, Zoom links, and follow-ups
- To prepare and personalize each session based on your intake information
- To improve the quality of services provided
Your information is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose outside of session-related communication. All data is kept strictly confidential.

To operate sessions and accept bookings, the following trusted third-party platforms are used. Each has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data.
